As said in reviews, the F5 feels more or less exactly like the D3 though they've failed to mentioned that the F5's vertical grip Gonna trust and get the same brand as the one used on my E-1. I will send the F5 for a CLA early next year. I forced open the slit on one of my old Fujifilm Provia 100f which was previously put into a camera and rolled in accidentally. That's a Nikon F5 film camera. Its as solid as the D3 and the E-3. Its missing a body cap which I've just placed an order on Amazon....
