Could I play Crysis on my 42 inch TV?

I'm saving up on a high end computer for gaming. The main component is, a 2.83 GHz quad core, 280GTX graphics card, and I'm trying to see if I can hookup my PC to display on my 42 inch Sony Bravia, is a single 280GTX graphics card enough?

Oh absolutely, I think it would look amazing.

Keep in mind, even a 42" TV still has the same resolution as most 24" Computer Monitors, maybe even less.
